  Enrollment can only be completed online at www.cardbenefitidprotect.com. Once verified, you will be directed to the NortonLifeLock landing page to complete enrollment. You’ll need to provide your name, SSN, date of birth, phone number, email address, and address.

• Is there a fee associated with the ID Navigator benefit?

  No, this benefit is free to all Visa cardholders.

• Which NortonLifeLock products are part of this benefit?

  After enrolling, you’ll receive emails from NortonLifeLock explaining the benefits and how to use it.

• Which credit bureau provides monitoring for ID Navigator?

  The credit bureau provider for NortonLifeLock is Equifax. Please note that a credit score is not included.

  Alerts associated with this monitoring will be sent to cardholders through the LifeLock Identity mobile app, or by test, phone, or email, depending on the preferences you selected when creating the account.

   

• What are common triggers for dark web, credit, and data breach notifications?

  A few examples are your personal information being detected on the dark web, a hard credit check, or an update to your credit file. If there is a large data breach that may impact you, data breach notifications will be sent.

• How does monitoring work?

  Your information is stored and managed by an advanced secure cloud database which is encrypted and protected with multiple layers of security. Any personal data provided is encrypted. Only a few select employees, how are undergo training on how to handle personal data can access it. These employees are subject to monitoring by the Informational Security and Compliance team.
